Birgitta Ganz, an Associate Broker, settled in Huntington Beach nearly 40 years ago from Sweden and started a successful real estate business. She is married to Tom who is a consultant and has one son Chris and two grandchildren. Birgitta is an avid gardener and enjoys fly fishing with Tom.

Chris Bowman, a Realtor, MBA has lived and worked in Huntington Beach for about 25 years. After completing under-graduate studies at Purdue University he moved to the West Coast. He is married to Pam who he met in a masters program at Pepperdine University. They have three children who go to local schools and a pet Beagle named “Buddy”.
